We are unable to accept returns on items that have been installed or used. For claims against a manufacturer's warranty, an engineer from our technical services division will work with you to address your problem and assist you with completing the warranty RMA process.

If an item on your order is not part of our standard inventory and must be built to fulfill your order, we will contact you via email shortly after we receive your order. We will advise you of the time frame available to cancel or return these non-inventory items.
